The TiVO allows us to record EVERY Television news broadcast at any time day or night using its' TWO tuners so that we can playback and scour for material. Naturally we follow the fair usage principles and credit every audio grab sourced in this way. The TiVO monitors all digital TV channels and "learns" from selections, allowing a "Season Pass" so we never miss an edition of a program we need to watch.
